1. Responsible for talent introduction, declaration, follow-up fund use and other reporting work (thousands, special appointments, lectures, part-time jobs, etc.);
2. Responsible for the newly recruited work of the college; the entry of new recruits, the application for teacher qualification certificates, and the training of new employees;
3. Responsible for the high employment declaration, annual assessment, employment period assessment and contract signing for renewal of employment of various personnel in the college;
4. Responsible for contacting health care cadres for health care;
5. Assist the college to organize and hold personnel-related meetings such as faculty meetings, professor committees, and appointment committees;
